Get authenticated bettor identity and wallet balance

GET 
/api/v1/auth/me

Returns the authenticated bettor's operator account ID, currency, and current wallet balance. Requires a platform JWT (RS256, Authorization: Bearer). Balance is advisory: the server stays authoritative on insufficient funds when it debits the stake.
